Our Story
From the beginning, our mission at The Ski Co. has been to deliver the world’s best ski training - innovating, inspiring and leading the world in premier on and off snow mountain experiences.
So how did this all come together?
Having travelled all over the world and wanting to be in control of their destiny, Josh, Harry and Lena created The Ski Co, a company where they could challenge themselves, grow and share their passion with others. There was no better place to do it but in the beating heart of skiing - the Alps.
With backgrounds in multiple areas - such as training and certifying ski instructors, race coaching and tailoring lessons to suit every guests wants and needs - Josh, Harry and Lena bring together a multitude of skills acquired over many years to help and inspire every guest they work with.
The importance of values, community and a great learning environment
With the world living in more stressful and demanding conditions, we believe that taking the time to feel grounded, inspired and grateful is imperative. Physical and emotional wellbeing is more important than ever. We promote this by creating an incredible learning environment where we support, nurture, instill confidence and motivate every one of our guests so they can enjoy their experience without stress, fear or anxiety.
We have a deep appreciation and respect for our wonderful community and local businesses, as they enable us to deliver the best experiences with heart and soul. We are also very passionate about looking after this fragile pristine environment - the beauty of the mountains and its ecosystems need to be preserved to guarantee the longevity of not only our businesses, but of our towns and people. We are all in this together for the long run.
Our goal is to achieve net zero carbon emissions as a company by 2024 and be carbon positive by 2026.

We are here to create solutions to any of your skiing obstacles - whether it be apprehensiveness towards skiing, not being quite sure what to choose in a world of countless choices, having had unsatisfactory past lessons or not feeling in control of your experience - we are here to listen, work with you and give you a great product at great value.
Most importantly, we want you to know that an exceptional trainer can change everything. We were all lucky to have one special person who made us question what we thought we knew, challenged us, made us see things from a different perspective and inspired us to keep learning.
